My Approach

Most approaches to health start with food. This is sometimes the case with my clients, yet most of the time we go beyond the topic of food. There are so many other areas of life that effect our overall health and a personalized exploration of areas that will be most effective is key. These areas can include career, stress, movement(or lack thereof), relationships, and more. To get to the root of where you are at and where you want to be is a crucial part of your health journey. I am passionate about topics like longevity and finding ways to help others live a more vibrant life.

About me

Bridgett DiVohl is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach based in Bloomington, IN.

Bridgett began her journey in the health and wellness field after years of shifting her health outcomes through lifestyle interventions. A second piece to the career shift puzzle has been her dedicated years as her parent's caregiver; her father battled Parkinson's and Parkinsonian Dementia, and her mother is now living with Alzheimer's Disease. After graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition HHC training and then IIN's Advanced Practicum, she knew that the best way to help others would be to immerse herself in learning about longevity and how we can care for our brains at any age. She believes that every single client is bio-identically different and enjoys the process of developing personalized plans. Bridgett's hobbies include hiking, cooking, yoga, and painting.
