My Approach

Being a health coach means I work with clients to create structure, support, and accountability. My approach to overall health and brain health starts with stress reduction, food for healing, and increased movement. So many areas of life can affect our brain health. Getting to the root of where you are and where you want to be is a crucial part of your health journey. I offer one-to-one coaching, group coaching and educational events.

About me

Bridgett DiVohl is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach based in Bloomington, IN.

Bridgett began her journey in the health and wellness field after years of shifting her health outcomes through lifestyle interventions. A second piece to the career shift puzzle has been her dedicated years as her parent's caregiver; her father battled Parkinson's and Parkinsonian Dementia, and her mother is now living with Alzheimer's Disease. After graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition HHC training and then IIN's Advanced Practicum, she knew that the best way to help others would be to immerse herself in learning about longevity and how we can care for our brains at any age. She believes that every single client is bio-identically different and enjoys the process of developing personalized plans. Bridgett's hobbies include hiking, cooking, yoga, and painting.
