What if i don’t want to focus on weight?
Health is so much more than weight. As your health coach I will listen carefully to what your personal goals are, whether they are achieving mental clarity, increasing longevity, etc and together we will explore what truly works for you.
Can i have more than one focus?
Absolutely! I focus on WHOLE BODY HEALTH. Your mind and your body integrate to create how you feel. Our approach will integrate different methods to make the adjustments tailored to you.
